👑 Prince – A royal man who helps rule a city or land.
Example: The Prince sends Romeo away from the city.
🍵 poison – A drink or thing that can make you die.
Example: Romeo drinks poison because he thinks Juliet is dead.

In Verona, Italy, there are two families: the Capulets and the Montagues. They are always fighting! Romeo is a Montague, and Juliet is a Capulet. One night, they meet at a party and fall in love.
Romeo and Juliet decide to get married in secret. Their families do not know. But then, Juliet’s cousin, Tybalt, sees Romeo. Tybalt is very angry. Romeo fights Tybalt and kills him. The Prince sends Romeo away from the city.
Juliet is very sad. She goes to Friar Lawrence, who gives her a special drink. She is sleeping for two days, and her family thinks she is dead. But Romeo doesn’t know the plan. He hears that Juliet is dead and buys poison.
Romeo goes to see Juliet. He drinks the poison and dies. Too late, Juliet wakes up! She sees Romeo is dead. She is very sad and kills herself. Friar Lawrence tells the families what happened. They are so sad and agree not to fight anymore.
