My Short Daily Routine

I usually wake up at 7 o’clock. On Sundays, I like to sleep in. I normally eat milk and cereal for breakfast. After that, I always brush my teeth. Most days, I leave the house at 7:30. I take the underground to work.

From 9 to 5, I work in an office. I am sitting in front of a computer. For lunch, I sometimes have a sandwich at my desk, or I go to a coffee shop.

After work, I always go to the gym to get some exercise. In the evening, I like to relax by listening to music. I rarely go out during the week. On Saturdays, I often go to the movies with my girlfriend.

I usually go to bed at half-past ten. If I am tired, I go to bed earlier. One thing I never do is drink coffee in the evening, because it stops me from sleeping!
